Jake Carter
Jake relocated to Brisbane after school to pursue studies in Construction and Project Management, followed by a 12-year tenure with a leading commercial builder. During this time, he refined his expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings, office parks, infrastructure developments, and multi-million-dollar apartment complexes.

James Behringer
James completed his carpentry apprenticeship before advancing to site management with one of Sydney’s leading builders, specialising in architectural renovations and new builds. A key member of Nomad Built since its inception, James now leads our Sydney team, ensuring every project is executed with precision and excellence.
