  • Provide a high-level budget estimate to help you understand feasibility.

Step 2: Design Development & Cost Planning

What we do:

  • Work closely with your designer and consultants to progress the design.
  • Gather concept inputs from landscape designers, interior designers, and engineers.
  • Provide a more detailed cost estimate based on your developing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local planning and technical requirements.

Step 3: Construction Documentation & Final Costing

What we do:

  • Finalise all documentation including architectural drawings, engineering plans, and
    energy reports.
  • Coordinate with authorities and services (water, power, sewer, NBN, etc.).
  • Prepare a fixed-price building proposal based on final drawings and specs.
  • Submit everything needed for approval and certification.
