Structural upgrades, including new stacker doors, were carefully engineered to open the home and maximise its breathtaking outlook. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence now features beautifully restored cypress pine floors, a refined kitchen with a walk-in pantry, and a stylish new bar area. American oak screening and an internal balustrade add warmth and architectural detail, seamlessly connecting the spaces.
Despite the challenges of hillside access, the result is a functional and elegant home that truly embraces its stunning natural surroundings, delivering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and coastal living.
